Ida Mae LeTulle Taylor, 86, of Rockport, TX passed away Jan. 16, 2010. She was born Oct. 29, 1923 in Wadsworth, TX to the late John James and Lela Lee Bond LeTulle.

Her husband Dr. Vann Shaw Taylor preceded her in death in 2003. Survivors include daughters Karen Vacek and Diane Coffey & husband Kerry of Bay City; son Richard Vann Taylor & wife Cindy of Portland, TX; sister Juanita Matthes of Bay City; mother-in-law Frances Taylor of Bay City; grandchildren Marc Monroe & wife Saundra of Austin, Melissa Hawkins & husband Kevin of Bay City, Bryan Vacek & wife Vikki of Bulverde, TX, Julie Taylor of Ingleside, and Lee Stewart & husband David of Corpus Christi; great grandchildren Harley Perez, Michael Taylor Monroe, Heather Elizondo, Laura Elizondo, Tyler Vacek, Clayton Vacek, Kolby Vacek, Lexi Vacek and Timothy & Joshua Stewart and by her loving care givers John & Theresa Scheurick and their daughter Elizabeth Nance.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6pm to 8pm Friday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Harrison officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Kevin Hawkins, Bryan Vacek, Marc Monroe, Louis Ziegenhals, Jim Matthes, and Kerry Coffey.
