Helen "Pat" Muszynski, 90, of Bay City, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009. She was born October 6, 1918 in Chicago, IL, to the late Michael Jendryka and Mary Puszkin Jendryka.

She lived in Chicago, IL until the 1980's, when she moved to Texas to be with her daughter and grandchildren, after her husband passed away. While living in Bay City, Helen volunteered with the Pink Ladies Auxiliary at Matagorda General Hospital and she also volunteered for Meals On Wheels. She enjoyed playing bingo and she was also an avid bowler.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Joseph Muszynski; parents: Michael and Mary Puszkin Jendryka; and brother: Anthony Jendryka.

She is survived by her daughter: Barbara Graham and husband Gary of Van Vleck; her grandchildren: Joanna Holt and husband Phil of Van Vleck, Jessica Graham of Sargent, and Justin Graham and wife Sarabeth of Fort Worth; by her great grandson: Brandon Holt; a sister: Ann Wills of Kent, WA; and a niece: Diane Ward and husband Fred of Kent, WA.

The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Sunday, March 1, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. The Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, March 2, 2009 at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. Casimir Jarzombek officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Justin Graham, Phil Holt, William Greer, Richard Alvarado, Edward Miller and William Raughley.
