Guy Tiller, 58, of Bay City passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011 in Houston after a sudden illness and an extended hospital stay. He was born July 6, 1952 in Palestine, TX to the late Dave Guy Tiller, Jr. and Jean Multer Tiller. He was a member of the Bay City Lions Club, Bay City Men's Golf Assoc., the Coastal Conservation Assoc., Ducks Unlimited, the Texas A & M Century Club, and the Edna Rotary Club.

He is survived by his wife: Judy Tiller of Bay City; a daughter: Julie Perez and husband James of Ganado; a son: Jeffrey Scott Tiller and wife Crystal Lynn of Bay City; Sister: Gail Talbott and husband Mike of Houston; and his grandchildren: Brandon Perez, Elaina Perez, Ava Tiller, and Eli Tiller.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM Monday and the family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City with Dr. Michael Zimmerman officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Jim Frankson, Bill Isaacson, Jimmy Kocurek, Mike Talbott, Gary Adams, and Kent Pollard. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Bay City Lions Club and the Bay City Men's Golf Association.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Bay City or to the Texas Lion's Camp.
