Grace Bullard Keener of Bay City passed away on her 91st Birthday, May 18, 2014. She was born May 18, 1923 in El Campo, Texas to the late Joseph Clifton Bullard and Rosie Emma Marek Bullard
Grace is preceded in death by her parents; husband C.B. "Cotton" Keener; brothers Cliff, Mike, Marion, Oliver, Henry and Billy Bullard; sisters Mary August Glase, Emma Foltyn, Lucille Rodgers and Elizabeth. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 21 from 10:00-11:00am at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 11:00am. with Rev. Dr. Mark W. Stoub officiating. Interment will be at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Ashcraft, Tony Wells, Kerry Crowley, Wayne Morris, Lonnie Bullard and Jake Foltyn.
