Grace Ashcraft Anderson, 72, of Van Vleck, passed away Friday, November 11, 2005 in Sugarland, TX. She was born November 25, 1932 in Matagorda County to John W. Ashcraft and Anne Mary Reinke Ashcraft. She was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Bay City.

She is survived by her husband: W. O. "Buddy" Anderson of Van Vleck; her daughters: Terry Weathers & husband Craig of Sugarland and Cheryl Bullock & husband Terral of Mont Belvieu; her son: Mike Anderson & wife Penney of La Marque; her sisters: Maxine Gibson and Irene Lehmann of Bay City and Mary Elizabeth McMinn of Dallas: her brothers: Wyatt and Clyde Ashcraft of Van Vleck; by 7 grandchildren: Jason & Frank Weathers, Amanda, Lora, & Joshua Bullock, Taggart Anderson and Gena Anderson Wilkes: and by 1 great grandchild: Micayla Anderson. She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. and Anne Mary Ashcraft and by her brother, Wade Ashcraft.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 14, 2005 at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Bay City with Rev. Sam Starks officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Arrangements with Taylor Bros. Funeral Home, Bay City, TX (979) 245-4613.
