Gloria May Pulsifer, 73, of Bay City passed away Feb. 14, 2010. She was born March 5, 1936 in Victoria, TX to the late Charlie and Aline Urban Volkmer.

Her husband Donald Pulsifer preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter Donna Griffith and husband Barney of Bay City; sons Robert and Richard Pulsifer both of Bay City; sisters Rosa Lee Stehling of Yorktown and Sharon Gonzalez of Victoria; brothers Virgil Volkmer of Cuero and Edward Volkmer and wife Janell of Yorktown; grandchildren Amber Billings, Kaden Pulsifer and Ashlyn Pulsifer.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5pm to 7pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 4:00 PM Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jared Stillions officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ray Pawlosky, Randy Bull, Buddy Gonzalez, Jeff Volkmer, Gregg Rickaway, Frank Reeves, Jason Kasper and Josh Olivarez. Ralph Pulsifer and Doyle Volkmer will serve as honorary pallbearers.
