Gertrude M. Keller, 84, passed away Nov. 10, 2008. She was born Feb. 1, 1924 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Joseph & Veronica Kazmucha Pliske. She was a member of the Altar Society at Holy Cross Church and a member of the Phillip H. Parker VFW Post 2438 Ladies Auxiliary.

Her husband Thomas W. "Bill" Keller & sister Dorothy Schultz preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter Roxy A. Wells & husband Cary of Bay City; sons Roger L. Keller & wife Maxine of Houston, Dana M. Keller & wife Debbie of East Bernard & Kevin W. Keller of Houston; sisters Lorraine Moenkhaus of Michigan City, IN & Arleen Fowler of Houston; brother Eugene Koziatek of Tell City, Indiana and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Chapel. Mass will be 11:00 AM Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008 at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Roger Keller, Dana Keller, Trevor Yates, Derrick Keller, Kelly Foote & Roxy Wells. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
