Genoveva "Beva" Garza of Bay City passed away peacefully at Matagorda Regional Hospital on December 10, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents Fabian Flores and Anuncia Valderramos; daughter Christiana Lopez along with her siblings.

She is survived by her children Joe John Garza & wife Maggie, Lupe Garza, Patricia Charles & husband Arturo, Sr., Ismaelle Garza, Rene Garza, Sr., Chistobal Garza & wife Griselda, Isreal Garza, Rene Sedillo & wife Cecilia; 25 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

A prayer service will be 7:00 PM Sunday at Taylor Bros. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday, Dec. 13, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Chapel with Rev. Gordon Winfrey officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe S. Garza, Sr., Lupe Martinez, Randy Garza, Rene Sedillo, Mark Garza, Sr. and Rene Garza, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Arthur Charles, Jr. and Ireal Garza, Jr.
