Gail Victor Ryman, Sr. of Bay City passed away May 4, 2019. He was born October 20, 1937 in Wadsworth, TX to the late Charlie Bert Ryman and Mary Blackmon Ryman.  He worked for many years as a Tug Boat Captain.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Gail Victor Ryman, Jr.

Survivors include his wife Patricia Ryman; daughters Christina Gray & husband Ryan and Teresa Plant; son Joel Spence & wife Cindy; brother Eugene Ryman and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Matagorda Cemetery with Chris Webber officiating
