Gabriel Perez 79, of Bay City, was born on March 25, 1942 in San Marcos, Tx. To Pedro Perez & Julia Gonzalez Perez, he passed away on September 10, 2021

Gabriel held his faith & love in God, he loved spending time with his family. Spending time with his grand & great-grand children were always part of his life. He enjoyed baking cakes, family game night, playing the piano, bird watching, gardening, camping, and going to the beach & river. Gabriel worked as a diesel mechanic most of his life & was always ready to help out a person in need.

Gabriel was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Jesse, Juan, Roy, Frank, Raymond; sisters Mariana Perez, Lupe Arredondo and Mary Helen Garcia He is survived by his brothers Ignacio, Pedro, Marcos Perez; sister Gloria Cerna; mother of his children, Velma Perez; children Gabriel Perez Jr., Martha Villarreal, Maggie Perez, Daniel Perez & Claudia Perez; grandchildren: Kat Perez, Mark Christopher, Edward "Baby Lee" Villarreal, Crystal, Valerie, Rudy Perez III, Stephan, Daniel Ray, Jo Ella Angelina, Benjamin Perez, Iziador & Ateera Garcia; great-grandchildren Ava, Zachary, Jayden, Christian, Aaliyah, Giovanni, Aaliyah Myah Mariela, Rilynn, Michael, Alex, Leo, Luna, & Aziah.
