Fred A. Mielsch, Jr. passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, June 2, 2019. He was born August 10, 1926 in Bay City.  He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII.

He was preceded in death by his parents Fred A. Mielsch, Sr. and Ella Wasicek Mielsch and his brother John Paul Mielsch.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years Margie H. Mielsch; two daughters Diana Goodwin and Mollie Gregory; two grandsons Gary Gregory and Troy Gregory and four great grandchildren Cody (Erin) Gregory, Jacob Gregory, Breanna Martinez and Whitney Gregory.

A memorial service honoring his life will be 10:00 AM Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Cedar Lane Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Patterson officiating.
