Frankie Marie Kelley, 75, of El Maton passed away May 11, 2016. She was born July 6, 1940 in Henrietta, TX to the late Stanley Frank Quinn and Sybil Izora Smith Quinn.

Frankie devoted her life to being the best mother and Mimi that anyone could be. Frankie lived to help people, she was extremely generous and caring. It was her goal in life to lead as many people as she could to the Lord and share His word. One of her favorite bible verses; Matthew 6:1 "Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven."

She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard R. Kelley and daughter Judy K. Sardelich-Tedens. She is survived by her daughter Linda Buford & husband Jeff; sons Randy Kelley & wife Linda, Frank Kelley & wife Loretta; grandchildren Heather, Jennifer, Janet, Meghan and Rachel, and 5 great grandchildren.

A private family interment service will be held at a later date.
