Frank Weathers, 93, of Cedar Lane passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010. He was born August 31, 1916 in Nashoba, Oklahoma to the late George & Haley Byers Weathers. Frank was a life long resident of Cedar Lane, a 1937 Graduate of Bay City High School, a Farmer & Rancher, and a member of Cedar Lane Baptist Church, Van Vleck FFA, Farm Bureau, and American Legion Post # 11 of Bay City.

He is survived by 2 daughters & sons-in-law: Diane & Tom Maines of Canyon Lake and Darlene & Robert Sanders of Santa Rosa Beach Florida; 2 sons & daughters-in-law: Larry & Cathy Weathers of Cedar Lane and Craig & Terry Weathers of Sugar Land; sister: Annie Clements of Webster; 2 brothers: W.R and Ben Weathers both of Cedar Lane; 1 granddaughter: Stacey Weathers-Villa; 8 grandsons: Jason and Frank Weathers, Josh and Eric Weathers, Christopher Maines, Cameron, Ryan, and Shane Sanders; and 12 great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Montie Weathers in 1995, and 2 sisters: Mollie Walker and Lillie Walker.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 16, 2010 at Cedar Lane Baptist Church with Pastor David Roach Officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck.
