Frances Lee Westinghouse, 76, of Bay City, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2008 in Sugar Land, TX. She was born February 24, 1932 in Garrison, TX to Robert P. Lee and Ola Easter Chandler Lee. She was a resident of Matagorda County since 1962 and a member of the Lutheran Church.

Frances is survived by her husband of 58 years: L.A. "Dutch" Westinghouse of Bay City; by her son: Kenneth Leon Westinghouse & wife Connie of Alvin; by her brother: Robert P. Lee Jr. of New Orleans, LA; her grandchildren: Corry Westinghouse & wife Stephanie of Lake Jackson and Derik Westinghouse of Alvin; by 4 grandchildren: Autumn and Shelby Westinghouse and Audrey & Travis Westinghouse; by her niece Sandra Fay Fickling & husband John; her nephew: Danny Ray Lee & wife Sharon; and by her good friend: Sandy "T" Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her daughter: Cathy Elderine Westinghouse; her parents Robert P. & Ola Chandler Lee; her sisters: Gertrude Donaldson and "Tinkie" Lee; and her brother: Jack Lee.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel in Bay City. Chaplain Ron Lynn of A-Med Hospice will be officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck.
