Frances Frankson Neitsch, 89, of Palacios, passed away October 11, 2014 in Port Lavaca. Frances was born in Palacios, Texas on September 24, 1925 to parents, William H. and Edith Loff Frankson. She was very loving and devoted to her family and was a lifelong and faithful member of the Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Wilbur and Wayne Frankson, a husband, Jack Coursey and a husband, Milton Neitsch. She is survived by a daughter, Judy Frankson, granddaughter and husband Jody and Brad Carter, great grandchildren, Mason and Landry Carter, brother, Raymon and wife Carol Frankson, sister in law, Florence Frankson, Step sons, Jack Coursey and wife Diane, Milton Neitsch, Jr. and wife Jimmi, Lewis Neitsch and wife Bridget, step daughter, Nancy Macune and husband Ray, 10 step grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews all of whom were very dear to her.
Visitation will be held on Sunday October 12th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palacios Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 13 at 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Palacios with Rev. David King officiating. Interment will be held on Tuesday October 14, with a graveside service at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston at 2:00 PM.
