Frances Agnes Klepac, 95, of Bay City passed away March 24, 2012. She was born June 18, 1916 in Granger, Texas to the late Frank Michalek and Mary Kurtin Michalek. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church; The Catholic Daughters; KJT and the Ladies Auxiliary of Philip Parker VFW Post 2438. She sewed for many people and was the secretary of her son's business.
She was preceded in death by her husband Tom C. Klepac in 1977, her oldest son Daniel T. Klepac in 2006, her parents, three brothers Frank, Anton & Joe and two sisters Mary and Hattie. Survivors include sons Thomas Klepac of New Braunfels, Robert James Klepac & wife Patricia of Bay City and Gene Klepac & wife Pam of Bay City; daughter-in-law Frances Klepac of Needville; sisters Agnes Stojanik of Georgetown, TX, Georgia Mikulencak of Granger, TX & Evelyn Demirsu of Lafayette, LA; brother Johnny Michalek of Granger, TX; grandchildren Christopher Klepac, Keith Klepac, Stephanie Clowers, Stacy Edwards, Shawn Klepac, Brent Klepac,Dale Klepac, Bradley Klepac, Robert James Klepac, Jr., Jessica Ann Klepac, Charles Patrick Klepac, Matthew Klepac and Brittany Klepac. Great Grandchildren Courtney Klepac, Shawn Anderson, Cameron Klepac, Brandon Klepac, Kyler Klepac, Ethan Cloudt, Landon Klepac, Ashley Klepac, Jaylene Klepac, Kami Klepac, Kameron Clowers, Kourtnie Clowers and Jaxson Gene Klepac and one great-great grandson Carson Klepac. She also leaves a host of nieces and nephews and her special friends Ann Poncik and Twila Busha.
Visitation will be 6PM to 8PM Tuesday at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Mass will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. Greg Korenek officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
