Obituary
Fortino C. Montoya, 84, of Bay City passed away August 23, 2014. He was born August 12, 1930 in Bryan, TX to the late John Montoya and Santos Garza Montoya. He was a butcher at QP and then at Three Brothers.
Survivors include his brother Lupe Montoya and wife Aurora of Bay City; sisters Dorothy Lopez of Houston and Regina Ramirez and husband Joe of Houston and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM Monday, August 25, 2014 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Msgr. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. His nephews will serve as pallbearers.
