Obituary
Forest Green, 99, of Blessing, passed away on October 28, 2017. He was born on February 14, 1918 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Ennis Allen & Mattie Sharp Green.
Forest served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII . He worked in the medical field, setting up hospitals in the Pacific theatre. Forest was also an avid reader.
Forest is preceded in death by his parents and wife Millie. He is survived by his niece Peggy Michalik and husband Ray of Brazoria.
Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Hawley Cemetery with Rev. Chester Sassman officiating.
