Flossie Bricker, 94, passed away peacefully in Bay City, Texas on October 20. 2018. She was the daughter of Dora Hyack Bertsch and Conrad Bertsch.

Flossie was a devoted and loving wife & mother. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, where she was in the Women's Circle.

Flossie was preceded in death by husband Robert Bricker. She is survived by four sons: Jack (Ruth preceded in death), Richard & Paula, Mike & Phyllis, and David & Michelle .

Grandchildren: Stephanie, Shane, Tim (Barbara), Mark (Amy), Lauren Hodges (Jeff), Madeleine Bricker, Jennifer Nichols (Phil), Christina Bricker and Jeff (Pamela).

Great grandchildren: Kathryn, Hunter, Mikey, George, Anthony, Mary Clare, Blaise, Patrick, Richard Alexander and Maci.

Visitation will begin at 10:00am Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Services will follow at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Graveside services and interment will follow at Lake Side Cemetery in Eagle Lake, TX at 3:00pm. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to her special friend Bambi Cheek and her wonderful caregivers Barbara, Regina and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Peter Lutheran Church or Houston Hospice of El Campo.
