Felix Sauseda Martinez, 92, of Bay City, Texas, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026. He was born on March 31, 1934, in Pharr, Texas, to the late Andres Martinez and Celestina Sauseda Bazaldua.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria Guadalupe Martinez. He is survived by his son, Juan Martinez, Felix Martinez Jr., Rose Mary Peterson, Julie Cortez, Andres Martinez, Christina Ramos, and Irma Villalobos.

The family will receive relatives and friends for visitation from 1:00 – 2:00pm Monday, August 31, 2026, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 1:30pm and Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 2:00pm with Rev. Augustine Owusu-Peprah officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers for Felix will be Eric Martinez, Alex Martinez, Josh Martinez, Andy Martinez, Joey Martinez, and Joe Martinez.
