Felix Ansaldua, 61, of Bay City Passed away Monday, February 21, 2011. He was born July 11, 1949 in Yoakum, TX to Alfanso Ansaldua and Sipriana Vasquez Ansaldua. He was a long time resident of Matagorda County, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam era.

He is survived by his mother: Sipriana Beltran; a daughter: Josie Samantha Ansaldua; son: Joe Felix Ansaldua and wife Sherri; 3 sisters: Sylvia Beltran, Valerie Ansaldua Rangel, and Sipriana Garcia; 3 brothers: Lawrence Beltran, Augustine Beltran Jr., and Edmund Beltran; and 1 granddaughter: Madalyn Rose Ansaldua. He was preceded in death by his wife: Delia Ansaldua; his father: Alfanso Ansaldua; his stepfather: Augustine Beltran, Sr; and by a brother: Frank Ansaldua.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 25, 2011, at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck with Bishop Chris Bishoff officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the US Marine Corp.
