Eva Longoria Trevino , 89, of Palacios, peacefully passed away April 25, 2023. She was born October 21, 1933 in Palacios, Texas to the late Charlie Longoria and Faustina Rojas Longoria.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Gilbert Trevino; sons Steve Trevino, Gilbert Trevino Jr. and Mark Trevino; grandson Matthew Trevino; sisters Esmeralda (LaLa) Longoria and Dora DeLeon, and brothers Lupe Longoria, Charlie Longoria, and Felix Longoria.

Survivors include daughters, Linda Fernandez, Connie Cortez, Eva Lopez, and Rosemary Trevino; sons Danny Trevino and Johnny Trevino; sister Marina Placencio; brothers Adam (Danny) Longoria and Frank Longoria; 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

A Viewing  will be held at 9:00 am Monday, May 1, 2023 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 followed by a Mass at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at the Palacios Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons Mark Cortez, Jonah Solis and Johnny Trevino and great-grandson Kaiden Garza. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Trevino and Johnny Trevino.
