Ethel Marie Nedbalek, 83, passed away May 9, 2013. She was born January 15, 1930 in Crockett, Texas to the late Joseph Nicholson and Lillie Allbright Nicholson. She worked in the cafeteria for Tidehaven ISD for many years.

Her husband Johnnie Nedbalek, sister Hattie McCann and brother J. B. Nicholson all preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters Barbara Jensen & husband Neil, Judy Nedbalek & husband John, Sandy Stelzel & husband Larry,Cathy Halbison & husband Richard, Linda Griffith & husband Lewis and Gail Otto & husband Tim; son Johnnie Nedbalek & wife Flora; sisters Joyce Bargainer and Lavone Ebersole; 19 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM – 7PM Friday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Hawley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jared Merta, Matt Rizvan, Jarron Halbison, Chris Rendon, Chad Griffith, Matt Perez, Brandon Otto and Michael Nedbalek.
