Erminia Rosales Guia, 95, of Bay City passed away August 25, 2024.  She was born September 2, 1928 in Uvalde, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rebecca Rosales Sanchez and Brihido Sanchez, husband Crisanto Guia, Son Anthony Guia, daughters Rose Navarro and Diane Guia Cruz, daughter-in-law Juanita Guia, son-in-law Luis Gomez and grandchildren Norma Rosales, Nasario Cruz, Jr. and Pedro Guia, Jr.

Survivors include children Pedro Guia, Sr. and Mary Gomez; grandchildren Lupe Collins and Fiancée Mario Escamilla, Cris Cruz & Sonia, Herman Cruz & Molly, Robert Crus & Mary Lou, Fernando Cruz, Jr. & Rita, Jo Ann Lule, Anthony Guia, Anita Cruz, Mary Garcia & Sergio, Sr., Theresa Meza & Mike, Fernando Cruz, Laura Trevino & Lionel, Celestiano Gonzales, Jr.; sisters Mena & Nick, Maria & Manuel, and Emilia S. Gauna; brother Juan Soliz Jr; 41 great grandchildren and 51 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM followed by funeral services at 10:00 AM with Deacon Joe Ramos officiating.  Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be Linc Bloomfield, Jr., Herman Cruz, Robert Cruz, Trey Cruz, Sergio Garcia, Jr. and Santos Martinez, Jr.  Honorary pallbearers will be Cris Cruz, Fernando Cruz, Jr. and Sergio Garcia, Sr.
