Eric Richard Barlow, 38, of Bay City, Texas, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024. He was born February 27, 1986, in Newberg, Oregon to Mitchell and Carrie Barlow.

He loved his kids above all else. He had a big heart full of love for people, he touched many lives. He would help someone even if he needed help. He was the kid in school that made friends with the ones who had no friends. He just loved life, and he had endured many heartaches in his lifetime, but he always had a smile & laughter with his friends and family. He loved music and reading.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Don and Judy Evenson; paternal grandparents, Larry and Sharon Barlow; uncle, Tracy Stoppel. He is survived by his parents; his 7 children, Christopher Waters, Alexander Waters, Raylan Waters, Marrin Barlow, Jesse Barlow, Evelyn Barlow & Finley Barlow; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of friends who loved him dearly.

A Celebration of Life for Eric will be 6:30-8:00pm Friday, August 23, 2024, at the VFW Post 2438 Hall (1672 TX-60, Bay City, TX 77414).
