Emma Garza Callis, 56, of Bay City passed away February 4, 2021. She was born September 4, 1964 in Bay City to the late Reynaldo Garza and Estella Morales Garza.

She was preceded in death by her brother Daniel Garza and sister Lorraine Garza Schroeder, daughter Samantha Rene Gonzalez and son Austin Garza

Survivors include her husband Arthur Lee Callis; daughters Linda Ashley Gonzalez, Gabriella Denise Gonzalez and Criselda Danielle Garza; brothers Aniceto Ray Morales and Gilbert Garza Sr.; sister Gloria Garza Zamora; and grandchildren Jesus Malachi Tagle, Anita Rose Garza, Alizabeth Pearl Gonzalez, Bella Sen Newsom and Mariana Elena Carmen.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM Friday, February 12, 2021 at Rose of Sharon Church followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Pallbearers will be Christopher Zamora, Gilbert Garza Jr., Michael Zamora, Gilbert Morales, Nicholas Reyna, Robert Rodriguez Sr., and Anthawon Deloach. Honorary pallbearers will be Aniceto Ray Morales and Gilbert Garza Sr.

Due to Covid-19 Mask will be required. When possible Social Distancing is Recomended.
