Elizabeth Ann Remlinger, 74, of Palacios passed away August 1, 2007. She was born March 30, 1933 in Riviera, Texas to the late Albert and Josephine Cernoch Boeker. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, where she contributed countless hours of her time in various activities, and a member of Catholic Daughters. She also devoted nine years of dedicated service to the Knights of Columbus.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Charles Remlinger of Palacios; sons Chuck & wife Irene of Katy, Bruce & wife Kim of Fredericksburg, Paul of Bay City, Mark & wife Lucille of Blessing and Scott & wife Karen of Houston; daughters Ann Glaze of San Antonio, Lynn & husband Larry Koether of Van Vleck and Jane Remlinger of Palacios; sister Vera Yaklin of Riviera; 21 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews and caregiver Diana Garcia. She was preceded in death by a son Kirk and sister Helen Blanchette.

A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Friday, August 3, 2007 at Palacios Funeral Home. Mass will be 10:00 AM Saturday, August 4, 2007 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Rev. Charles Dwomoh officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Blessing. Pallbearers will be her grandsons Kirk, Craig, Erich & Paul Ryan Remlinger, Bubba & Ross Glaze, Matthew & Jacob Koether, Bruce Junek, Jr. & Austin Frick.
