Obituary
Eddie James "Doc" Savage, 74, of Blessing, TX passed away May 2, 2013. He was born November 7, 1938 in Hollis, Oklahoma to the late Hugh Savage and Margaret Weaver Savage. He retired from South Texas Project.
Survivors include his wife of over 50 years, Lula "Tomi" Nixon Savage of Blessing; daughters Patricia Smith and Joe Toria of Blessing and Monya Richard of Blessing; son Clay Savage and Becky of Columbia, MS; sister Brenda Miller and Kerry of Kingsland, TX; grandchildren Sabrina Boone, Barry Robinson, Ronny Smith, Taffany McCartney, Travis Beauvais, Tommy Smith, Cassie Clement, Claylee Clement, Jr., David Livingston and Steven Livingston and 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be 10:00 AM Friday, May 10, 2013 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Father James Ramsey officiating.
