Dorothy "Dot" Reynolds Marsters, 93, of Bay City, went peacefully to be with our Lord and savior on January 13, 2024.  She was born in Frankston, TX on May 3, 1931 to Lois (Hardee) and Hubert M. Reynolds. Everyone who knew Dorothy knew that she never met a stranger. She was a devoted nurse up until the time of her retirement in 1995. She loved her job as Director of Nursing at Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi where she met the love of her life, her husband, Judson F. Marsters Sr. She was so incredibly proud of her beautiful daughter, Dr. Melani Freeman and the amazing work she did as a veterinarian. Dorothy's favorite role was that as a grandparent. She treasured her time with her granddaughters and loved being their Meemaw.  Dorothy's memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Judson F. Marsters Sr., her beloved daughter Dr. Melani Freeman, brother James H. Reynolds, her sister Kay Gouger and brother in law James Gouger.  Dorothy is survived by her granddaughters Rachel (Dave), Kristen (Zack), great grandchildren Piper, Tripp, Merrick, Bregman and Brooks.  She is also survived by nieces Kathy Palafox (Gerald), Margaret Carr (Tommy), Donna Richardson (J.M.) & nephew Jim Reynolds (Charlcie) and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
