Obituary
Cynthia Kubsch Slater was born September 26, 1958 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Clarence Walter Kubsch and Nathalie Lydia Hoff Kubsch. After a battle with cancer, she passed away October 27, 2013 at the age of 55.
Her daughter Ashlea Dodd and brother Clarence Kubsch, Jr. preceded her in death. Survivors include husband Jim Slater of Bay City, sister Lynette Shierry & husband Randy of Hallsville, TX; brother Delmer Kubsch & wife Andrea of Tyler, TX; step-children Gage Slater, Katherine Slater & Kaycie Lynn Slater and a number of nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
A memorial service honoring her life will be 2:00 PM Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Chaplain Don Storey officiating.
