Coussie Faye McKenzie Penny, 76, of Bay City, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2008. She was born December 24, 1931 in Huntington, WV to Walter Stacey Woods and Elizabeth Crabtree Woods. She was a resident of Bay City for the past 35 years and a member of Family Worship Center.

She is survived by her daughter: Diane Nall & husband Tim of Bay City; her son: Michael McKenzie & wife Cathy of Vancouver, WA; by her grandchildren: Amber Nall, Wesley Nall & wife Priscilla, Megan McKenzie, Amanda McKenzie and Billy McKenzie; and by her great grandchildren: Johnathan Nall and Madison Nall. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husbands: Emmitt McKenzie and Clay F. Penny.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, May 19, 2008 at the Family Worship Center with Rev. James Guerrero officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be: Steve Alley, Darrell Gibson, Wesley Nall, Berney Schneider, Dennis Schneider, and Dan Tinus.
