Corbin Jay Walker, age 11, of Palacios, TX, passed away June 23, 2019.
Corbin was born on September 15, 2007, in Sugar Land, TX, to parents James Newton Walker and Lorinda Kay Nieto.

Corbin was in a class by itself, a true one of a kind treasure. He was a sweetheart, a loving and kind young gentlemen, fun, smart, outgoing, positive and always politically correct; never wanting to hurt anyone's feelings. He always gave the sweetest kisses and hugs. He had an energy that drew people to him and when he was gone he was immediately missed. Corbin was a Boy Scout in Troop 45 in Bay City. He loved the outdoors, soccer, fishing, gaming, golf and all types of music. But most of all he loved his family. Never will a day go by without remembering our sweet son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.

Corbin is survived by his parents James and Lorinda; his sisters Jacqueline and Jana Steen; his maternal grandparents, Adolfo and Margarita Nieto; his aunts and uncles, Jay and Brenda Walker, Adolfo Nieto Jr., Isaac and Kimberly Nieto, Billy and Belinda Nieto, B.J. and Joanna DeLeon and Nikita Nieto; his cousins, Joshua Galvez, Miranda Nieto, Jasper Nieto, Billy Nieto Jr., Mateo Nieto, Alec Nieto, Ava DeLeon, Abeni, Trae and Khloe Woods, Aliana and Ayriana Wright. Corbin was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jay and Cheryl Walker.

Visitation will take place at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City, TX on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place at Calvary Baptist Church in Bay City, TX on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. All are invited. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery.
