He enjoyed camping, ranching, skiing and especially coaching baseball for both his sons and the many young men whose lives he touched through the sport. He was a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Patti Phillips; his brother, Vann Thomas Phillips and wife Sue; his son, Justin Bryan Phillips, Justin's mother, Elaine Smith; grandson, Noah Bryan Phillips; son, Clayton Lang Phillips and wife, Brittany; grandsons, Stetson Lang Phillips and Lariat James Phillips. He leaves behind numerous relatives on both sides of the family who loved him dearly. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Pheebe, Grizzly, Ruger and Joleen. Rest in Peace Cliff, we will always love you and never forget you.
