Claudia Della Lezak, 97 of El Maton, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2006 in Houston, TX. She was born October 4, 1909 in Cyclone, TX to John Sivek and Rosalie Surovcak Sivek. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing and was a member of the St. Peter's Altar Society.

She is survived by her Daughters, Dolores Landsman of Montgomery, TX, Evelyn Landry of Kaplan, LA and Laverne Tagtmeyer of Emporia, KS; by her Sons, Edward Lezak of Clemville, TX, Marion Lezak of El Maton, TX, Jerry Lezak of Winnie, TX and Bob Lezak of Houston, TX; by a Sister, Anna Mae Kammerer of Sweeny, TX; and by 21 Grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Pete Lezak in 1987 and by her parents, John & Rosalie Sivek.

The Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Taylor Bros. Funeral in Bay City, TX. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at the St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing, TX with Rev. Samuel Appiasi officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Blessing. Pallbearers include: Mark Lezak, Paul Lezak, Andy Lezak, Lewis Landsman, Gabriel Landry, Matt Lezak and Bret Tagtmeyer.
