Clara Ocie Arnold Wright, 88, of Palacios passed away in Hillje, TX May 27, 2016. She was born September 4, 1927 in Kalamazoo, MI the daughter of the late George E. Arnold and Clara Crowe Arnold. She was the wife of Cloyd Wright, deceased, and they were both longtime Palacios residents.

She is survived by a brother, Victor Crowe of NC; sisters Florence Boyer of FL and Maybella Arnold & Esther Slack of OK; daughters Connie Wright-Tabler of Midfield, TX, Cathy Lowther of Thayer, MO, Candy Masten of Lawton, MI and Carla Overacker of Mattawan, MI; son Charles Wright of CO and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 7PM Tuesday at the Palacios Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Palacios Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Palacios Cemetery.
