Norma Lucille "Cindy" Phillips, 92, of Sargent, TX passed away October 12, 2017. She was born October 24, 1924 in Gracemont, Oklahoma to the late Hershel Henry Vincent and Amy Harper Vincent.
She is survived by a daughter Donnie Sue Moore of New Mexico and by a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Forest Park Lawndale; 6900 Lawndale; Houston, TX 77023.
