Chloe'Anna Sheets-Ortiz, 58, of Elizabethton, Tennessee passed away August 31, 2023.  She was born April 20, 1965 in Plymouth, Indiana to Ward Sheets and Georgia Roy Sheets.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the Palacios Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM.  Interment will follow at the Palacios Cemetery.
