Charles Edward Wiley, 64, of Houston, Texas, passed away Wednesday November 12, 2014. He was born June 27, 1950 in Leesville, Louisiana to the late Charles H. and Christine Newman Wiley.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Wilda Wiley. He is survived by his wife Belinda Carson Wiley; daughters Carla Wiley Mayfield (Mike) and Wilda Wiley Talbott (Benny Jr. "Bebo");daughter Robin Carson and sister Joan Wiley Franz (Chuck); grandchildren Brett Mayfield, Sebastiaan Talbott, Kalab Talbott, Raul Castillo and Brittany Mitchell and nephew T.j. Woods.

The family will receive visitors beginning at 11:00am Monday, November 17 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City, Texas. The funeral service will follow visitation at 2:00pm. with Rev. Chester Sassman officiating. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery in Blessing, Texas. Pallbearers are Mark June, Brett Mayfield, Mike Mayfield, Chuck Franz, Benny Jr. "Bebo" Talbott, Raul Castillo, Raul Castillo, Sr. and Braxton Morton. Honorary pallbearer is Sebastiaan Talbott.
