Charles "Charlie" L. Gola, 77, of Bay City, passed away Tuesday, December 04, 2007. He was born April 4, 1930 in Bay City to Louis Gola and Louise Anna Foerster Gola. He was a life long resident of Bay City, a retired Paint Contractor and Owned the Color Mart store.

He is survived by his wife: Hazel Brumley Gola of Bay City; his daughter: Deanna Gail Brewer of Phoenix, AZ; his son: Charles Wayne Gola & wife Donna of Bay City; by his sister: Dorothy Lee Brzymialkiewicz of Jersey Village; and by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife: Thelma Gola; by his son: Jesse Earl Gola; and by his parents: Louis & Louise Anna Gola.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, December 7, 2007 at the Family Worship Center in Bay City with Rev. Jim Guerrero officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Marty Armstrong, Dick Eaton, Danny Claton, Dan Ratliff, Ronnie Young, Michael Stuart, Bobby Brady, Jr. and Kerry Gola. Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Dibbern, Earl Roberts, and the retired members of The Medicare Band.
