Charles Wayne "Chuck" Gola, 61 of Bay City, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2011. He was born November 9, 1949 in Bay City to Charles Louis Gola and Thelma Lucille Brumley Gola. He was a life-long resident of Bay City and was a Painting Contractor.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Thames Gola of Bay City; a daughter, Susanne McLeod & husband Stephen of Pledger; son, Kerry Wayne Gola & wife Debbie of Sweeny; step-sons: Anthony Ronald Young of Bay City and Michael Wayne Stuart and wife Christi of Bay City; sister, Dena Gail Brewer of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Jeremy, Travis, and Chad Wallace and Blake Marcum; great grandchild, Emilie Wallace; and step-grandchildren, Ashley, Jacob, and Jackson Stuart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. and Thelma Gola; by brother, Jesse Earl Gola; and great grandchild, Mya Wallace.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, November 10, 2011, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City.
