Obituary
Cecilia Nemec Gutowski, 56, of Alvin passed away May 15, 2010. She was born March 8, 1954 in Bay City, TX to the late Charles R. and Agnes Marie Seviek Nemec. She was a 1973 graduate of Tidehaven High School.
Survivors include her husband Mark Gutowski of Alvin; son Nathan Gutowski of Alvin; sister Christine Naiser & husband Tony of Midfield; brother Vincent Nemec & wife Cynthia of Bay City; sister-in-law Adrienne Johnson of Clear Lake; a number of nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives. Her brother Patrick Nemec preceded her in death.
A rosary will be recited at 7:30 PM Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Mass will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing, TX with Rev. Sam Appiasi officiating. Shane Owen, Ben Williams, Jayson Naiser, Ryan Naiser, Thomas Nemec, Wes Nemec & John Nemec will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Hospice Compassus; 1100 Gulf Frwy.; League City, TX 77573.
