Carrol Edd Ashworth, 84, of Bay City passed away May 31, 2023.  He was born December 25, 1938 in Liberty County, Texas to the late Franklin Levi Ashworth and Ethel Mae Allen.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Cynthia Ashworth; sons Caleb Carrol Ashworth of Bay City and Joshua Carrol Ashworth and his wife Rachel of Van Vleck and their two daughters Morgan Rebecca Ashworth and Madilyn Jane Ashworth; and his brothers and sisters in Christ at the Nichols Street Church of Christ.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Nichols Street Church of Christ with Matt Springfield officiating.
