She had a warm heart, a caring spirit, a great sense of humor, and a gentle strength that touched everyone who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories with her children and grandchildren. She was also a devoted animal lover who cherished her dogs and her beloved bird, Sunshine. Whether through simple moments together or special family gatherings, she made those around her feel loved and supported.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Col. Louie McFeron and sister Rita Peterson. She is survived by her daughter, Joy Glowka; her sons, Greg Glowka and wife Gevie, and Troy Glowka and wife Jamie; her grandchildren, Savannah Glowka, Misty Glowka, Krystle Glowka, Erik Glowka, Trinity Glowka, and Ashley Montemayor; her great-grandchildren, Aiden Smith, Alina Amezquita, and Louie Lofton; and her niece and nephew, Teresa Blanchette and Bryant Peterson. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM on Monday, March 2, 2026, at Palacios Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 AM with Matt Springfield officiating. Interment will follow at Red Bluff Cemetery near Edna, Texas.
