Burton "Burt" William Post, 34, of Baytown, TX passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010. He was born February 10, 1976 in Cincinnati, OH. He was a former resident of Bay City, a 1994 graduate of Bay City High School, and a former member of the Bay City Volunteer Fire Dept. He has resided in Baytown for the past 11 years, and was a District Manager for Rent-A-Center, and a member of Marantha Church in Mt. Belvieu, TX.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Post and children Gabrielle Post and Samantha Franco; his parents, Cheryl & Ray Mitchell of Wadsworth; his father: Burton E. Post of Bay City; maternal grandparents: William & Audrey Davis of Grand Rapids, MI; his sisters: Heather & Eddy Salazar of Deltona, FL and Heidi & Rick Jones of Richland, WA; uncle: Rick & Lynn Davis of Ada, MI; aunt: Beverly & Dan Schreiner of Houston, TX: nieces: Lyncoln & Nicolette Standley of Richland, WA; nephews Kiel Standley of Richland, WA and Luke & Ross Fulton Deltona, FL. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: S. Burton & Nadine Post.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Trice officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City.
