Bonnie Jewel Townsend Gosling, 82, of Bay City, Texas, passed away, surrounded by family, on January 25, 2016. She was born January 2, 1934 in Conroe, Texas to the late George William Townsend and Lola Mae Spencer Townsend.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her grandson, Brett Aaron Brown. Survivors include sister, Maxine Townsend Glover; brother, William Allen Townsend (Donna); daughters, Cynthia Gosling Kersh (Buddy), Deborah Gosling Vaclavik (John), Rebecca Gosling Brown (Clay Foster); grandchildren, Taft Harris (Candace), Crystal Harris, Jordan Vaclavik (Michell), Justin Vaclavik, Jenna Stone (Brian), Brandy Brown (Ryan Perkl); and numerous great-grandchildren, that were the love of her life. Missy, her current furry companion, whom she rescued, and all her bridge ladies, whom she treasured.

She was living life to the fullest these past eight months and will be missed by so many.

Graveside services will be private.
