Beverly Ann Walker, 55 of Markham, Texas went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 01, 2009 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Beverly was born October 21, 1953 in Bay City, Texas to Ernest and Joan McIntosh. On December 27, 1970 she married Phillip Walker in Bay City, Texas. They moved to Markham, Texas to raise their son in 1972.
Beverly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and a true friend. She was a strong willed little woman loved and respected by many and will be dearly missed by all. She loved her pets dearly and always had a story to tell about them. She loved being a homemaker and was so proud of the home she and Phillip built together. Beverly leaves behind many loved ones to mourn her passing.
She is survived by husband, Phillip Walker; son, Clinton Walker and wife Gretchen of Hawaii; mother, Joan Milner of Onalaska; sister, Sharon Kay and husband Roy Smith of Brazoria; brother, Billy Ray Clifton and wife Judy of Bay City; stepmother, Creta Maye of Bay City; stepsisters, Pat Ballenger and husband Ron of Bay City, Vickie Matthews and husband Doug of Van Vleck; stepbrother, Michael Smith of Saint Martin; grandchildren, Sydney Ann and Clinton Jr. of Hawaii; step grandchildren Karena Pollard, Sara Pollard-Yruri and Robert Fisher; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by Infant daughter Stacy Ann Walker; father, Ernest McIntosh; grandparents, Ernest Sr. and Trixie McIntosh, Ernest and Myrtle McKenzie; brother, James Paul Clifton; and stepbrother, Bill Smith.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM Friday at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Melvin Ryman officiating. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery, Blessing, TX. Pallbearers will be Jonathon Montague, Frank Montague, Ronald Andrews, Billy Warner Jr., Aaron Chambers, Tony Stanley, Floyd Vacek and David Davis. Honorary pallbearers: Brett Walker, Benjamin Walker III, and Steve Garza.
