Betty Sutherland, 86, of Wadsworth passed away March 27, 2012. She was born January 2, 1926 in Springfield, Missouri.

She is survived by her son Gregg Sutherland and grandson Christopher Sutherland both of Wadsworth, brother Bill Lockyear of Forsyth, MO and a loving extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, John Sutherland, her daughter-in-law Donna Sutherland, parents Howard and Juanita Fischer and sister Ernie Desbien.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6pm to 8pm Friday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Bay City First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Gantz officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bret Attaway, Travis Cartwright, George Deshotels, Ricky Lyle, David Popek and Stewart Reynal. Honorary pallbearers will be Edd Reynal, Ray Culver and David Allen.
