Davis Benton "Ben" Roush, Jr., 58, of Bay City passed away Jan. 21, 2009. He was born March 13, 1950 in Beckley, West Virginia to Davis Benton Roush, Sr. and Peggy Evans Roush. He graduated from the University of Florida and worked at Sr. Radiation Protection Officer at the South Texas Nuclear Project.

His father preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Jeanne L. Roush of Bay City; mother Peggy Roush of Orlando, FL; step-daughters and their spouses Janie Marie & Tim Jones of Charleston, WV, Andrea & David McCarty of Morgantown, WV and Sara & Pete Mazza of Richmond, VA; sister Ann Alyea & husband Chan of Orlando, FL; step-grandchildren Stephen Jones & Zachary Jones both of Charleston, WV a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Friday, Jan. 30, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.
