Barry Lynn Wilson, 42 of Van Vleck, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2007. He was born November 21, 1964 in Bay City. He was a life long resident of Matagorda County and a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother: Jackie Crowe and her husband Mark of Van Vleck; by his father: Dale Wilson and his wife Janice of Sweeny; by his twin daughters: Makenzie and Madison Wilson of El Campo; a brother: Dalwane Wilson and wife Kim of El Campo; and by his grandmother: Pearl Wilson of Emory, TX. He is also survived by two nieces: Jennifer and Courtney Wilson; a nephew: Rowdy Wilson; by a step-sister: Sherry Criswell of Houston; two step-brothers: Doug Walter of West Columbia and Burrell Walters of Houston; and by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM to 7 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerl Watkins officiating. Entombment will follow at the Good Shepherd Mausoleum at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck, TX. Pallbearers will be Brett Hutson, Doug Walters, Mike Hammar, Ken Ballinger, Kevin Wilson, and Danny Fenter.
