Barbara Kimmey, 62, of Van Vleck, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025. She was born March 11, 1963, in Modesto, California, to James Quigley and Mary Emmons.

She was preceded in death by her partner, Roy Howarton; parents, James and Mary Quigley; sisters, Pamela Norris and Jeanette Quigley; and brother, Bobby Quigley. She is survived by her daughter, Natacha Kimmey; and sons, Mark Kimmey and Anthony Kimmey.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
